El Mercadito Gratis is open for anyone in need of gently used clothes, housewares, and bedding. Before you visit, please note:
No ID necessary but basic personal information is collected
Folks are able to access items from El Mercadito Gratis once a month
Free limits per person apply and may change based on inventory
Persons interested in pay-what-you-can model may use the Mercadito as a thrift store

Children’s clothing sizes 8-20 only
Kitchenware: blenders, pressure cookers, stock pots, pots, pans, cutting boards, dishes, cups, glasses, utensils, kitchen towels
Housewares: towels, linens, blankets

Thrift Shop Pricing
Clothes at the Pilsen Food Pantry are always free. If you feel inclined to donate to the Pantry in return for clothing, you are welcome to pay what you can. We accept cash, Venmo, CashApp, and Zelle.
